The reason that I have rated my satisfaction with the product low was because the battery received didn't fit my laptop. It was indicated as the appropriate battery for my laptop model, however, it was much too large. I need to return it for a different battery and need to know the procedure for exchanges. Once I receive the correct size/model battery, I will very likely raise my satisfaction rating.

I have an old MSI WT72 and ordered a battery through MSIBatteryStore. It arrived 5 days earlier than expected which was a plus since my original Dell battery that came with the device was at 0% and not charging.
