Item arrived with the battery in the package ripped open so it was probably a return. I’ve gone through a couple battery cycles and it seems to hold a charge but won’t drop down past 8%. Once it hits 8%, the laptop dies.

Just what my laptop needed. My wife’s laptop had a laptop failure message show up and she wasn’t able to use the laptop unless it was plugged in. Now it’s back to lasting around 5-7hrs depending on the programs she using.The install was simple and I downloaded the instructions for removal & installation on my phone. It only took about 25-30 mins “I took my time”. Just removed the screws from the underbody, carefully removed the body and unplugged the battery. It’s as simple as that!!

The battery seems to be w orking just fine. I can't comment on the life since it was just installed this week.As to how easy it is to install, I'm not a techie and I had Best Buy install it for me. Value seems fair but I didn't shop around so I'm not sure if there are better deals out there or not.

After 30 days it no longer worked. It is not possible to have a replacement but to return it and buy it again (price has now increased). I asked for a discount from the seller who initially claimed, which was not true, that the price was already discounted. After pointing out to the seller that I should have pay a higher price than the first returned purchase, the same was available for a possible post-purchase refund of the difference. I didn't like the product or the seller. Changed to another brand's battery

My old battery was absolute toast. No life at all and my laptop practically required CPR to get going from a cold start with power.This battery was a direct fit and replaced the 3 cell (this battery is a 4 cell) with no problems. Gave it some time to charge and the laptop works again. Pretty cheap and easy repair to keep a functional device going.
