Easy to order the battery. Have been using the battery for about a week with no problem. Went through the charging-discharging process to prolong the life of the battery. It now says I should have just under 5 hours of battery life which is within the expected range. I am running an external keyboard and mouse plus I have an external SVGA monitor attached. The form factor for the battery causes it to protrude from the back; not a problem for me but if you have a case that just fits your laptop, could be an inconvenience.

The reason that I have rated my satisfaction with the product low was because the battery received didn't fit my laptop. It was indicated as the appropriate battery for my laptop model, however, it was much too large. I need to return it for a different battery and need to know the procedure for exchanges. Once I receive the correct size/model battery, I will very likely raise my satisfaction rating.

Its power than I imagined to be much larger, and quite cheap to fit perfectly with the MSI laptop. It lasted for a long time and after a few hours of course, the electricity dropped to 50%, it's great for students!
